  1.                             PATIENT DIRECTORY SCREEN

  4. If the patient is a new patient (not previously enter in the system), just click on ├önew patientΓÇÖ.

  6. If the patient to be examined has already been entered the patientΓÇÖs 
  7. name should be highlighted. Enter the patientΓÇÖs last name in the upperbox or use the ΓÇÿtabΓÇÖ key to go to the 
  8. I.D. box and enter a I.D. 
  9. number.  Once the name is 
  10. highlighted (if the correct 
  11. patient is not highlighted 
  12. use the arrow key to 
  13. highlight the correct name) 
  14. and click on OK.
